What we respond to fast
Corrections — a room closed, hours changed, a room we missed. We update within a day.
Tournament series alerts from rooms — we maintain the big-series section of our tournament page.
Published errors on our site — we fix them immediately.
What we don’t help with
Promoting specific card rooms in our directory over others. The directory is structured around PokerAtlas’s Houston registry; we don’t run paid listings.
Offshore real-money site content — we don’t cover ACR, BetOnline, Ignition, etc., and we don’t accept promotional content for them.
Private-club app introductions — we don’t make those introductions. The Facebook group is where players find agents they personally vouch for.
